How It all Started
It all began with digging ditches. It was the late ’90s and early 2000s, and I was working for my dad as a helper in the plumbing and septic field. He owned a small plumbing company in Riverview, FL, and had been in business for over 40 years. We cut our teeth on those jobs, and it was there that I learned the basics of plumbing.

A few things to check when you have a higher than normal water bill would be the water meter, there is a small triangle dial on the water meter that should not be moving or ticking when no water is being used in the home, you will also want to look for drips or running toilets. Last would be your irrigation. Most homes only have one meter for irrigation, this means that whenever the irrigation is running you are paying for sewer as well which can cause a higher than normal water bill.
